Tenancy Support 

If you are a tenant of ANY landlord (council, housing association or private sector) and live in the Nottingham City Council area, we offer a range of free services to help you maintain your tenancy.

Our team offers friendly advice and support with:

·       managing debt

·       claiming benefits

·       dealing with rent arrears

·       repairs

·       furnishing and equipping your home

·       running a household budget

·       re-housing

·       training courses

·       mental health

·       putting you in touch with other agencies

·       energy efficiency

Our aim is to help you enjoy a happy and successful tenancy.

Our support can last for upto 18 months, and is available five days a week from 9am to 5pm.
