Find A Home

HouseWe provide almost 400 new and refurbished homes for rent, ranging from one-bedroom flats to four-bedroom family homes, for over 1200 people in and around Nottingham.

Most are close to the city centre, though we also have homes in Gedling, Mansfield, Newark & Sherwood and Rushcliffe,

Our tenants include families, single people and couples, many having been referred to us by the local authority.

We continually invest in our homes to ensure they will all meet the government’s Decent Homes standard by 2010.

We also provide a full management and maintenance service

To help you find the home that’s right for you, we are part of Nottingham HomeLink. This is a partnership involving many housing associations in Nottingham, designed to give you as much choice as possible in where you live.

(As well as affordable housing, we also offer a small number of homes close to Nottingham city centre for ‘market rent’, which are intended mainly for key-workers and professionals. These are not accessed through Nottingham HomeLink – instead, contact Premiere Lets on 0115 9506015.

How to use HomeLink:

1. Fill in an application form and send it to Nottingham HomeLink. Forms are available from us, Nottingham City Homes and other housing associations. You can also download a form here.
 2. Get your registration number. This will be sent to you to show that you are on the housing register, and what band you are in. (Bands are based on your housing need.)
 3. Look for a property. Properties are advertised:
• In the Nottingham Evening Post ‘Homes for rent’ section every Monday
• At our housing office at: Family First, 174 Derby Road, Nottingham, NG7 1NF
• At Nottingham City Homes offices at: 14 Hounds Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7BA
• Online at: www.nottinghamhomelink.org.uk
 4. Place a bid. Register your interest in a property you like by going on the website or phoning: 0845 338 1988. Make sure you don’t miss the deadline.
 5. See if you are the successful bidder. If you have not heard within 10 days of the deadline for bids, you have not been successful this time.
6. Look at the feedback report. This will be published every week to show how each property was let.
